Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Some items such as personal care products, customized items, and clearance products may not be eligible for return
